      When sending a deposit you are agreeing to all of my terms below.

  • I acknowledge that in order to book an appointment, a minimum deposit as stated in the email  is required to hold my appointment, and will go towards the final session of my tattoo. 

  • I am aware that I will be charged $200.00 per hour.   (innless it is a set price flash piece.)

  • i am aware the shop is cash only 

  • i am over the age of 18

  • i am aware i am not aloud to bring a plus one to my appointment date.

  • I am aware that I will not be able to use debit, credit or e-transfer at my appointment.

  • I am aware that failure to use deposit within 12 months of send date will result in expiry/forfeit. 

  • I understand that failure to make large or extensive changes to the design and/or appointment time or date within 72 hours (3 business days*) of my appointment will result in the forfeit of the entire deposit.

  • I acknowledge and agree that showing up more than 15 minutes late for an appointment with no-call, text or failing to show up at all. Will result in forfeit of the entire deposit.

  • A deposit will be transferred to another appointment date, if it is rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) notice.
     * Business days refer to Monday-Friday.

  • ​I understand that the appointment date given to me is not set in stone. If I the artist gets sick, have loss of childcare or a unexpected storm hits and Is unable to get to work. I understand i will be re booked to the next appointment date that works for me.    ( I appreciate your patients when stuff comes up.)

  • I understand that I will not receive the drawing in advance of the appointment. I understand that the drawing will be based off the details discussed at the consultation, however minor changes may be made if needed at the time of the appointment. ( if it needs to be fully re drawn your appointment will be re booked with no loss of your deposit.)

  • I understand that I should come prepared to be tattooed for the time that I am scheduled, unless otherwise discussed with the artist (i.e.. on time, not leaving early, able to pay the full balance of the appt, etc.).

  • I understand that if I fail to make adequate contact with my artist to cancel or change the design prior to the required 72 hours, that I am responsible and it will result in the loss of my deposit (at the artist's discretion).

  • I, the client, understand and agree that all of the references and information I need for your tattoo design and consultation information is correct and complete.

  • I understand if I need to re book my appointment it has to be done with Jessica Van Noord's Business days and hours. 
     

  • I have read this contract agreement, I understand it, and I agree to be bound by it upon payment of deposit.
